This cask conditioned traditional real ale is quite light golden in colour with an EBC of 17 (most lagers are 8-10 and ales 20+) and is brewed at 4.0% ABV. It is brewed with Maris Otter Pale Ale malt and a low percentage of crystal and wheat malt, for flavour and head retention qualities.
