The Green Dragon is a thriving pub in the heart of a beautiful rural setting. We offer a complete range of fine food, wines and cask marque accredited beers to tempt all palettes. The pub has retained the character and presence that makes it the heart of this bustling, busy village, providing an important social venue for the locals to relax and enjoy some friendly company.
We are supported by a small, friendly and very efficient team of staff. The Green Dragon also offers bed and breakfast, with 3 comfortable rooms accommodating up to six guests. (see our Rooms page).Our rooms are pet-friendly and well behaved dogs are welcome at no extra cost. As you'd expect from a traditional pub, the Green Dragon has a comprehensive range of the normal pub entertainments and once a month - on the second Saturday- the pub holds a local craft and producers market, which locally made jams and chutneys, artworks, sticks, knitting, cards, to name but a few. And if that weren't enough, the function room to the rear of the Green Dragon is available to hire free of charge for your private dining, birthday parties and meetings. Well worth a visit.... we guarantee you won't be disappointed. And this is a family pub - so your children and well behaved dogs are very welcome. |
